Here is a list of policy reports and a selection of stories that have appeared in the UK mainstream media, confirming the existence of caste-based discrimination in Great Britain.
Caste Discrimination and Harassment in Great Britain (2010)

The Government commissioned National Institute for Economic and Social Research (NIESR), an independent research body to investigate Caste Discrimination in Great Britain. The report found strong evidence of caste-based discrimination in the areas to be covered by the Equality Act 2010.
